About Sabine Kullak

As a proponent of humanistic psychology, I go beyond addressing current issues such as taking on a new leadership role, expatriation, or specific leadership situations.

My goal is to assist leaders find and implement their personal leadership and lifestyle, not only so that they can be effective for the benefit of the organization and its employees. Rather, I help them work in accordance with their values and concerns, thereby creating a fulfilling career and way of living that truly suits them.

Through the combination of my doctorate in Western Psychology, accreditation as Master of Chinese Life Sciences, as well as my international business experience, I provide insights from a multi-faceted, intercultural perspective.

• 6+ years experience living and working in China as HR development specialist and executive coach

• 6+ years leadership experience in multinational companies

• 15+ years experience in Human Resources, especially HR development and HR management

• PhD in Organizational Psychology, Technical University Berlin

• Accredited Master of Chinese Life Sciences, International Feng Shui Association Singapore

• Certified Systemic Consultant, Neuwaldegg, Vienna

• Certified MBTI I & II Practicioner by Management Development Services, Hong Kong and Beijing

• Certified Corporate Coach by Progress-U, Hong Kong and Shanghai

• Re-Accredited Associate Coach by the International Coaching Federation
